Demon faces created using CGI effects are popular stuff in recent mainstream movies–possession, exorcism, witchcraft, ghost stories, etc. Seems that the effect is called Demon Face Warp using a software called Adobe After Effects.
I found a lot of amateur demon faces all over the web, and at first scared the creeps out of me, but the more I saw them, the more hilarious it looked.
Check out my demon face collection here.
The Demon face videos are credited to the work of visual effects designer Andrew Cramer who hosts a tutorial site called Video CoPilot.
Interesting stuff.

This could be used for zombies or possessed people, but this is totally not a demon face. When trying to accomplish a demon you need to get a lot more creative than this. Demons are gnarly looking. What you did here was turn everything green and shrink his nose. The veins/cracked skin effect appears too one-dimensional, you need more depth.
Seems like you’re only looking at the image above. Check out the videos here and see if they qualify as demons.
To continue on, you shouldn’t have coloured the clothes, it throws off any skill you have.
