Mighty Optical Illusions is a great site of images. One of the illusions on the site involves the face of a smiling Buddha.
Why is it interesting? Because it’s a 3D illusion. The face is actually a concave or hollow shape. The effect is that the smiling Buddha seems to follow you as you move around it. Check out this clip, also featured on the site for the effect:
